Service terms
These terms set the baseline; a written statement of work or invoice can add or override engagement-specific terms.
Service and eligibility
You must be authorized to submit the domain and data. The free diagnostic is informational. Paid deliverables, timing, access and fees are defined in writing before work begins.
No outcome guarantee
FixSKU does not guarantee rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic or revenue. AI and search providers change independently and may produce inconsistent results.
Approvals and access
You remain responsible for final business decisions and for the accuracy of approved source-of-truth data. We do not publish an external change without the approval required by the agreed workflow.
Payment, cancellation and liability
Invoices are due as stated. Monitoring can be cancelled before the next billing period. Refund rules are described on the pricing page or the written scope. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service and excludes indirect loss.
