Diagnostic submissions may include business name, domain, work email, markets, measurement language and consent. Service delivery can also create source captures, evidence metadata, audit logs and communications.

How we use it

• Verify the request and prevent abuse
• Perform the requested diagnostic or paid engagement
• Maintain evidence lineage, security and service records
• Communicate about the request and service

Sharing and international processing

We may use infrastructure, email, security and approved data providers as processors. We do not sell personal information. Provider access is enabled only when contractual and data-rights requirements are recorded.

Retention and your choices

Lead and evidence records are retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations and security. Request access, correction or deletion at privacy@fixsku.com. Some evidence or billing records may be retained where legally required.

The current public site does not use advertising cookies. Essential session or security cookies may be introduced for authenticated services and will be documented here.
